在乡村振兴与教育国际化协同推进的背景下,涉外乡创工匠作为融合传统技艺、乡土文化与国际视野的新型创业主体,其创业力的科学界定与系统测评对于提升乡村内生发展动力具有重要意义。基于创业力理论、工匠精神理论与跨境创业理论,结合文献分析、案例归纳与专家咨询,系统分析了其创业力结构。研究将涉外乡创工匠创业力界定为一种根植乡村情境、面向国际市场、以技艺为核心并持续实现价值转化的综合性动态能力,并构建涵盖创业能力、个人特质与环境适配三个维度的多层级测评指标体系。在此基础上,提出以教育赋能、生态构建与数字融合为主线的多元提升路径。
Abstract:Against the backdrop of the coordinated advancement of rural revitalization and the internationalization of education, cross-border rural artisan-entrepreneurs—who bring together traditional craftsmanship, local culture, and a global outlook—have emerged as a new type of entrepreneurial agent. The rigorous definition and systematic evaluation of their entrepreneurial capability carry considerable significance for strengthening the endogenous drivers of rural development. Drawing on theories of entrepreneurial capability, the craftsmanship ethos, and cross-border entrepreneurship, and combining literature review, case analysis, and expert consultation, this study provides a systematic analysis of the structure of such capability. It defines the entrepreneurial capability of cross-border rural artisan-entrepreneurs as a comprehensive and dynamic capacity that is rooted in the rural context, oriented toward international markets, anchored in craftsmanship, and devoted to the sustained creation of value. On this basis, the study constructs a multi-tiered evaluation index system spanning three dimensions: entrepreneurial competencies, personal traits, and contextual adaptability. It further sets out a multifaceted pathway for enhancement that centers on educational empowerment, ecosystem building, and digital integration.
